			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Some days you just need a little motivation to get going. At work today I was dreading going to the gym so I researched fun treadmill workouts. I am trying to switch up my workouts to not only make them more challenging but also make them fun. I came across a workout that Tina posted on her blog <a href="http://carrotsncake.com/">Carrots N Cake</a>. Check out this amazing <a href="http://carrotsncake.com/2008/02/45-minute-treadmill-workout.html">45 Minute Treadmill Workout</a>.</p>
<p>It has to be the most challenging treadmill workout ever! I felt like the walking option was a little too slow but the running option was a bit advanced. Soooo&#8230;. I pretty much followed the running portion exactly except that I decreased the speed by 1mph. It was killer!  I don&#8217;t think I have ever sweat so much in my life. </p>
<p>After the gym I came home and threw together black beans, corn, salsa, and brown rice for dinner. Having some technical issues with the pictures but I promise I took some! <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello blog world! I have been reading other healthy living blogs for about six months now and wanted to join in on the fun! In the last year I&#8217;ve completely changed my lifestyle. I used to eat a lot of fast food, drink ALOT and hardly ever exercise&#8230;.fast forward to today and I&#8217;ve lost about 45lbs, ran a 5k, a 10k, and I&#8217;m training for my first half marathon! What have I gotten myself into? </p>
<p>I&#8217;m still focusing on my weight loss journey and exercise while trying to find that healthy balance in the real world. </p>
<p>It&#8217;s raining out so looks like my training is moving inside at the gym tonight&#8230;</p>
