The Best Treadmill Workout

Some days you just need a little motivation to get going. At work today I was dreading going to the gym so I researched fun treadmill workouts. I am trying to switch up my workouts to not only make them more challenging but also make them fun. I came across a workout that Tina posted on her blog Carrots N Cake. Check out this amazing 45 Minute Treadmill Workout.

It has to be the most challenging treadmill workout ever! I felt like the walking option was a little too slow but the running option was a bit advanced. Soooo…. I pretty much followed the running portion exactly except that I decreased the speed by 1mph. It was killer! I don’t think I have ever sweat so much in my life.

After the gym I came home and threw together black beans, corn, salsa, and brown rice for dinner. Having some technical issues with the pictures but I promise I took some! ;)

Off to catch up on some DVR. Goodnight.
