Hello blog world! I have been reading other healthy living blogs for about six months now and wanted to join in on the fun! In the last year I’ve completely changed my lifestyle. I used to eat a lot of fast food, drink ALOT and hardly ever exercise….fast forward to today and I’ve lost about 45lbs, ran a 5k, a 10k, and I’m training for my first half marathon! What have I gotten myself into?
I’m still focusing on my weight loss journey and exercise while trying to find that healthy balance in the real world.
It’s raining out so looks like my training is moving inside at the gym tonight…
